By accessing ImbleCraft Studio services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Registration constitutes a binding commitment. Participants must attend scheduled sessions and engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students.
Users must not engage in harassment, share inappropriate content, or disrupt workshop sessions. Respectful professional conduct is expected at all times.
Workshop materials, curricula, and content are proprietary to ImbleCraft Studio. Students retain rights to their original creations while respecting others' intellectual property.
Workshop fees are due upon registration. Late payments may result in access suspension. Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
Participants must have required software and hardware. Session recordings may be provided for educational purposes only, not for redistribution.
ImbleCraft Studio reserves the right to modify workshop content, schedules, or policies with reasonable notice to participants.
Workshops are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes. We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages or lost opportunities.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Full refunds are available within 14 days of workshop registration, provided the workshop hasn't begun.
Refunds are granted for workshop cancellations by ImbleCraft Studio, technical issues preventing participation, or medical emergencies with documentation.
For multi-session workshops, partial refunds may be available based on unused sessions, minus administrative costs and completed content value.
Workshop recordings, templates, and digital resources are non-refundable once accessed, as they constitute delivered value.
Submit refund requests to refunds@imble.digital with registration details and reason. Requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to payment processor policies.
Administrative fees, third-party software licenses, and physical materials shipped to participants are non-refundable.
As an alternative to refunds, participants may transfer registration to future workshop sessions subject to availability.
Force majeure events, natural disasters, or significant life changes may qualify for special refund consideration on a case-by-case basis.
Unresolved refund disputes may be escalated through our customer service process or relevant consumer protection mechanisms.
